Lucid is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our Go to Market and G&A recruiting team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our recruiters and hiring managers to identify, engage, and attract top talent in Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance, HR, Facilities, Legal and others. You will employ your advanced sourcing strategies, market knowledge, and networking skills to build a robust pipeline of potential candidates.

This role is offered as a remote opportunity, however, not all states are eligible. We expect candidates in other regions than California to work in alignment with PST business hours.
The Role:
- Utilize creative and innovative sourcing techniques to identify, engage, and attract passive and active top candidates across various platforms and channels.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor landscapes, and salary benchmarks to effectively tailor your sourcing efforts.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective candidates through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
- Screen candidates for technical/functional skills, cultural fit, and alignment with our company values.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide a remarkable candidate experience throughout the sourcing process, acting as a brand ambassador for Lucid.
- Collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team to continuously refine and optimize sourcing strategies and processes.
- Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to expand our talent pool.
- Stay up to date with best practices and emerging trends in talent acquisition and sourcing.
You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in non technical sourcing, preferably within a startup or high-growth environment.
- Proven record of accomplishment of successfully sourcing and engaging engineering candidates, particularly in fast-paced, competitive markets.
- In-depth knowledge of various sourcing platforms, tools, and techniques, including LinkedIn, Boolean searches, social media, and niche job boards.
- Strong understanding of sales and service roles, support functions (G&A), and automotive industry trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates,
- Managers and Executive Leadership.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sourcing targets and metrics.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Lever & Greenhouse preferred or other recruitment software.
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
- California (Bay Area) - $ 110,000 to $140,000 per year
- California (Non Bay Area), WA, NYC, Boston, Miami, DC -$100,000 to $130,000 per year
- AZ, MI, Remaining US - $100,000 to $120,000
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)
