Job Duties
- Managing vendor inquiries for payment application status, payment issues, billing issues, business critical issues, deposits, refunds, and a variety of other vendor and customer service duties
- Monitoring vendor purchase orders, receipts and supporting invoices
- Processing vendor invoices in Bill.com
- Monitoring vendor accounts for missing invoices and other irregularities
- Resolving vendor issues by monitoring email communications and statements
- Managing the Corporate credit card program in accordance with company policy
- Reconciling each credit card account monthly ensuring all receipts and supporting documents collected and saved
- Reviewing and approving employee expenses in Expensify and resolve any un-documented or out of policy transactions
- Maintaining updated and accurate vendor files
- Ensuring all transactions comply with company policies and procedures
- Utilizing internal archiving and retention system to ensure compliance with the records retention policy
- Completing ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements
- AA or BS/BA in Accounting or related field
- Business Central ERP required; QuickBooks, Bill.com, Expensify strongly preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast paced, high growth technology company with a strong background in
- Accounts Payable accounting
- Knowledge of US GAAP
- Proactive problem-solving skills and strong process improvement skills
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a high growth start-up environment
- Inventory accounting experience is a plus
- Startup experience strongly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication, internal customer service and business partnering skills
- Ability to work 8-5 PST business hours (remote) or as required
