Position Summary:
Our Student Dispatch Team helps coordinate with school districts, parents, and drivers to ensure students are transported safely and on time to and from school.
Pay Rate: $18.50/hour
Office Location: Fort Collins, CO
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift
Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to Parents, Drivers and School Districts in a courteous, timely and professional manner while meeting and exceeding department volume quotas and KPIs.
- Field questions and provide accurate information regarding our products and services surrounding school transportation.
- Listen, identify and assess the caller needs to find solutions to pick up and drop off problems and achieve satisfaction while meeting business deliverables and adhering to company objectives
- Handle transportation complaints in a professional manner by resolving according to department and company policies and procedures, escalating to appropriate staff when needed to ensure appropriate resolution.
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments to resolve student transportation issues.
- Share knowledge with peers and support new employee learning through demonstrating systems usage and appropriate communication with customers.
- Provide back up or assist other departments as assigned.
- Remain cognizant and well informed of changes in product offerings, process, system and procedure changes to ensure accurate communication of information to customers.

Requirements
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
- Proficient using computers and navigating between multiple screens and applications
- Experience working with customer support
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
