SuperDude (also called El Dude or Duder) is a normal fun-loving, playful, can't-sit-still kitten who has been confined to a cage 24/7 from the age of 3 months to his present age (7 months as of April 2023). He loves attention and being picked up and held, but he's not allowed out of a crate and he longs to run around. I am posting him on behalf of someone who will not let him out of the crate! He has tested positive for feline leukemia and I hope to find someone who can give him a foster situation (like a room in your home where he can get out and stretch his legs and engage in normal play activities as kittens long to do), eventually leading (perhaps, if so desired by the foster caregiver) to adoption. I need to know so much more about his character and personality in order to find him a compatible home so that he can make a person happy - someone who digs his scene and what he is about. Can you help discover what he is about? Does he sit on laps, like belly rubs, or give affectionate head-bonks (like rescue kitties here at Affectionate Adoptions)? It isn't known, but that's where YOU can help. Supplies can be provided and he can be driven anywhere to his foster home. If interested, please send in your answers to the questions below and we'll respond promptly! Thank you so much for your help!
1. Do you have any experience with leukemia-positive cats/kittens or have you researched about this?
2. What sort of domicile do you live in? What other humans (if any) and what non-humans if any would live with you and SuperDude?
3. Can you say a little about your job/profession, if you have one, or your area/institution of study if you are a student, your interests/hobbies, your experiences taking care of a non-human, and why you feel interested in helping out with this rescue project? Thank you!
