We’re looking for an amazing Coordinator, Talent Acquisition GEPD to fill this role. You’ll be responsible for assisting the Manager Talent Acquisition GEPD in ensuring that HAG fleet positions are staffed with competent and qualified GEPD employees by supporting the recruitment targets and objectives, ensuring all recruitment offices, and recruiting partners are meeting those targets and objectives. While performing these tasks the TA Coordinator GEPD ensures that the Talent Acquisition process is based on equity, inclusion, and the power of diversity.

Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition Promotional Activity: Delivers on an effective recruiting activity aligning with HAL recruitment strategy to ensure the availability of qualified applicants to meet current and anticipated needs as established in hiring targets projection. Promoting key roles based on competencies and skills in global source markets, aligned with GEPD recommendations, by advertising and placing job posts on key digital boards.
- Candidate Selection Process: Identifies qualified applicants, conducts screening interviews, administer tests, evaluates applicant qualifications and checks references, candidates based on HAL hiring matrix process flow, as per assigned departments. Extends job offers to candidates explaining full job description, terms of assignment, pay rate, and benefits.
- Onboarding Procedures: Guide the applicant through the Onboarding Journey A-Z whilst keeping up to date with global changes with regards to travelling, while ensuring travel readiness is within KPIs established by Talent Acquisition Lead.
- Keeping up to date with job descriptions & open positions on Applicant Tracking System for assigned departments and providing required input where required based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Maintaining close relationship with respective hiring managers and fleet managers.
- Liaises with key stakeholders as per guidance of Talent Acquisition Manager on all activities relating to candidate journey and Talent acquisition processes
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by Manager Talent Acquisition, which are in line with the Talent Acquisition department needs.
Requirements
- Seagoing experience preferred or experience in large International 5* Hotel operations or similar hospitality organizations suffices.
- Recruiting experience strongly preferred.
- Experience working in high volume and fast paced international working environment.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and Pivot Tables
- Advanced proficiency level in Microsoft Office applications, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge and understanding of effective recruitment techniques, global market trends and bulk hiring.
- Ability to manage high volume of open positions and screen candidates in a professional, efficient and effective manner.
- A genuine interest in working with all level of applicants.
- The ability to be flexible, decisive, and quick thinking.
- The ability to handle constantly changing priorities.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Holland America is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).

- Base Hourly Range: $21.00 to $29.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
