The Talent Acquisition Data Insights Program Manager will drive Talent Acquisition’s enterprise non-nursing critical jobs strategy leveraging a variety of data sources. Reporting to the Talent Insights Director, this position will play a big role in influencing the future generations of Cleveland Clinic caregivers for critical jobs such as Nursing support, Respiratory, Labs, and Imaging. This caregiver will work closely with Talent Acquisition leaders across the enterprise, tracking supply, demand, and hires, recruitment productivity and effectiveness along with opportunity sizing. Additionally, they will oversee and maintain a variety of data including workforce development trends to meet the hiring demands for our facilities in Ohio and Florida. An analytical mindset and compelling storytelling is key to inform our recruitment and engagement strategies. This caregiver will be exploring and manipulating data in large Excel data every day, so strong Excel skills, including pivots, vlookup, complex formulas, is important to success. An agile approach to managing multiple priorities along with flexibility to support the team is key. Knowledge of recruitment and experience with PowerBI or Tableau is ideal. This position is a work from home opportunity as long as the candidate resides in the state of Ohio, Florida, or Nevada.

Responsibilities:
- Partners with Talent Acquisition leaders and recruiters to understand critical talent strategies and the data required to implement, track, and identify trends.
- Effectively communicates actionable findings to stakeholders.
- Maintains and documents talent data policy and framework with the goal of increasing data consistency, usability, and access to users.
- Serves as a data and insights coach for other caregivers in the department.
- Develops, implements, manages and maintains operational systems and activities.
- Serves as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community.
- Owns, tracks, and communicates objectives and key results.
- Manages multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
- Serves as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
Certifications:
- May be required for specific positions as per policy or regulation.
Complexity of Work:
- Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to take appropriate action in a stressful environment.
- Demonstrated team, leadership, organizational, financial management and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development.
- Strong presentation, communication and training skills required for most positions.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of five years of related experience; healthcare setting preferred.
- Offset: Master’s degree and four years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PowerBI or Tableau
- Excel (vlookup, pivot, or complex formulas)
- ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
- CRM
- Interview Technology
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
- Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
- Ability to work with physical records or operate a computer or other office equipment.
- In some locations, ability to travel throughout the hospital system.
- In some locations ability to move up to 25 lbs.
Personal Protective Equipment:
- Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.

Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $33.46
Maximum hourly: $51.03
The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires.
