Talent Acquisition Specialist Summary:
Reporting to the Global Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, we are looking for someone to join our growing Talent Acquisition organization and support our Go-To-Market hiring efforts. This role will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, engaging and hiring the best talent in the Go-To-Market markets across our Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Marketing business functions. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, interviewers and the Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring needs and take ownership of creating strategic sourcing strategies to identify future Delineans internationally.
This is a remote role that will be based in the United States and will be uniquely positioned to deliver recruiting efforts to Delinea’s management internationally.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as an ambassador of Delinea, sharing our mission, core values and story to candidates, and becoming an expert in Delinea’s value proposition and culture.
- Partner with hiring managers in North America, EMEA and APAC to build effective sourcing and candidate engagement strategies throughout the interview process.
- Collaborate with hiring and talent acquisition leaders to understand ideal candidate profiles across our Go-To-Market (sales, pre-sales, customer success, professional services, marketing) functions
- Engage and source passive and active candidates, identifying talent through a variety of sources as a passionate and self-driven Recruiter.
- Be a crucial part of a growing global HR and Talent Acquisition team where you will contribute, communicate, and collaborate.
What You’ll Need:
- 3+ years of sourcing experience, with a focus on Go-To-Market / Sales recruitment
- Ability to support sourcing activities across a variety of job types simultaneously and deliver against a timeline, using resources like LinkedIn Recruiter, modern Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday ATS), networking events, etc.
- Ability to work in an international team, supporting geographically dispersed candidates and hiring managers
- Ability to thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment and enjoy rolling up your sleeves, working hard and having fun to get the job done
- Reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation, outreach, engagement, and organization
- Strong alignment to Delinea’s STRONG core values and a passion for diversity, belonging and community
