Description
A Teams Administrator is tasked with managing and maintaining Microsoft Teams collaboration platform. They oversee user provisioning, access control, and guest user management to ensure secure and efficient communication and collaboration. Monitoring and optimizing system performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing updates or configurations for seamless usage are key responsibilities. They ensure compliance with data security and retention policies, and are involved in integration with other Microsoft 365 services. Strong technical expertise, communication skills, and the ability to foster productive teamwork through effective Teams usage are central to this role.
