The Technology Integration Specialist is at the core of SoundCom’ s TCU product line and Education market. As technological innovation continues to shape the marketplace, the need for capable IT Specialists continues to grow. To support new products in an ever expanding and demanding healthcare industry, the IT Implementation Specialist is the “tip of the spear” for SoundCom and its Education business strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
- Function as a technical expert to design technical solutions based on customer’s business requirements aligned with system capabilities.
- Prepare specifications for servers, PCs and other equipment for customer provided systems, review for compliance and support company and/or customer teams during installation.
- Diagnose connection problems between company provided software and other systems, articulate problems and define solutions for management, sales, operations.
- Provide sales support to understand customer needs; design software/IT solutions; accordingly, and communicate solutions, functionality and associated costs to customer and sales.
- Install applications required and complete integrations with ancillary systems.
- Provide 24/7 internal network and servers support as part of small team.
- Install, configure, program the Rauland TCU School Communications Systems.
- Provide troubleshooting for Rauland TCU School Communications software system.
- Work with sales team to address customer needs.
- Provide remote assistance to field technicians via phone and email.
- Manage programming databases for all customers.
- Learn new technologies and pass on the education to the rest of the team.
- Participate in management meetings to discuss the pipeline of existing and upcoming projects to make sure we are on time with completion of those projects.
