Technology Solutions Analyst - Remote
Job Description Summary
This position will be responsible for providing end user technology/systems support to employees on the CLIENT account. This position will also play a support role in the Triana, Tango, Costar, FAMIS360, Serraview software systems and assist the Sr Technology Solutions Analyst with the development of new initiatives while maintaining and managing all current processes and functionality. PowerBI or similar BI application knowledge required, experience preferred.
Able to work 100% remote. If near an office location where on-site is available be able to come in upon request.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the creation of account specific solutions utilizing supporting applications and software to create efficiencies for team
- Assist the Sr. Technology Solutions Analyst with PowerBI, Smartsheet, and Sharepoint development for new and existing initiatives, including the determination if PowerBI, Smartsheet, or Sharepoint is the right solution for requested initiatives
- Develop and implement end user training for systems utilized on the account
- Provide user support for dashboard and technical issues relating to systems utilized on the account
- Assist the Sr. Technology Solutions Analyst in diagnosing and addressing system or technology issues while communicating with C&W and client IT personnel
- Interface with the C&W field teams to manage data in systems as required to maintain the data integrity of the system
- Assist in Onboarding/off-boarding users in systems utilized on the account in accordance with the client’s data safety requirements
Requirements:
- Smartsheet, and SharePoint skills and experience preferred
- Knowledge of PowerBI dashboarding workflows & web parts required
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office
- Detail oriented with ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize responsibilities and produce results
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to lead issues to resolution
- Experience within the Property/Facility management industry preferred, but not required
- Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills; ability to generate creative alternatives to identified issues

The compensation for the position is: $63,750.00 - $75,000.00
