TEXAS - CASE MANAGER/ TAX RESOLUTION SPECIALIST

Federal Tax Law is a nationwide tax resolution team dedicated to solving our clients' tax debt with the IRS. We provide a full range of business and individual tax services including filing tax returns, bookkeeping, payroll, business advisory, and our speciality tax resolution services.

Case Manager duties include:

As a Case Manager, you will serve as the liaison between our clients and our tax professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to keep the client informed engaged throughout the resolution process. You will serve as their primary point of contact throughout their services. Your daily tasks will include but are not limited to:

• Calling clients to update on case.
• Calling clients to request documents.
• Calling clients to confirm information.
• Outbound & inbound calls for status updates and instructions.
• Conduct financial analysis of taxpayer’s income, expenses and assets.
• Manage and prioritize cases.
• Act as the liaison between client and their tax professionals.
• Client service interaction.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
• Positive attitude and customer service mindset.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Strong organization & multitasking ability.
• Excellent Computer skills.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.
• Tax knowledge or tax resolution experience is a plus.

• MUST HAVE YOUR OWN HOME OFFICE
• FAST COMPUTER & HIGH SPEED INTERNET
