Description
Summary
Reporting to the Senior Lead Performance Analyst, the Performance Analyst shall provide analytics capability in the field of human performance technology and instructional systems analysis, meeting the client?s requirements.
Location
Positions are available via full time telework at selected USCG sites (per Task Order).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)
- Responsible for providing completion of all phases of analysis in accordance with U. S. Coast Guard Standard
- Operating Procedures Volume 2 and 5, as a stand-alone analyst or member of an analytical team. Specific types of analysis include:Strategic Needs Assessment (SNA)
- New Performance Planning Front End Analysis (FEA)
- Diagnostic Front End Analysis (FEA)
- Job Task Analysis (JTA)
- Task Analysis (TA)
- Training Requirements Analysis (TRA)
- Occupational Analysis (OA)
- Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA)
- Responsible for the development of detailed written reports of analytical findings in accordance with U. S. Coast
- Guard standards operating procedures volumes 2 and 5 and other Coast Guard formatting requirements as may be required,
- Adhere to and deliver products in accordance with specified alignment agreement(s) and timelines.
- Act as primary or assist in the delivery, presentation and explanation of analytical findings as required.
- Maintain proficiency of craft as a Human Performance Technologist including overview of the latest U. S. Coast Guard guidelines and standards, and leading industry standards, e.g. International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI).
