Training Records Clerk

Moms In Motion has an immediate opening for a Records Clerk in our Training Department
The Training Records Clerk will facilitate the organization’s training compliance by maintaining records of and schedules for employee and client training.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Organizes and coordinates training sessions for clients and employees; distributes materials and quizzes and handles other similar details and tasks.
• Maintains records of attendance and successful completion of training.
• Develops or assists with development of and maintains a company-wide training calendar; tracks required initial and refresher training schedules.
• May be asked to research and examine training products, demonstrations, and suggest additions or enhancements.
• Assists the Talent Development Manager and other training staff with their assigned duties when needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Extremely organized with attention to detail.
• Proficient with Google Suite or related software.
• Proficient working with spreadsheets and data entry.
• Experience with scheduling.
• Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of general office experience required.
