About the Role:
This role is responsible for instructing new Medical Documentation Specialists as they progress through Augmedix Scribe Training. This role involves leading lectures, giving 1:1 feedback, grading notes, demonstrating how to take high quality notes using Augmedix tools, and assisting with content development. The day-to-day of this role requires someone who enjoys helping and motivating others to succeed.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Train and lead cohorts of new trainees through Augmedix Scribe Training
• Proactively track trainee progress and help troubleshoot any issues that may arise
• Be a subject matter expert on all Augmedix tools
• Collaborate with the training team to improve content and processes

Requirements:

• Medical scribing expertise with a track record of consistent, high quality performance
• Training experience is a plus: teaching, tutoring, corporate training or management, etc.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about helping others succeed and achieving positive outcomes

$20 - $25 an hour

The hourly range depends on location and experience.
