Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Urdu Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. The Urdu Call Center Agent will be responsible for providing customer service to customers in Urdu, resolving customer issues, and upselling products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from customers in Urdu
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Upsell products and services to customers
- Document all customer interactions in accordance with company policies
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Urdu
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent
