Let’s talk about the role…

We are actively seeking a full-time Verification Specialist to support our Verification Unit. This individual must be a dedicated team player with an intense focus on detail.

In this role, you'll be responsible for processing different types of verification orders for our clients, such as employment verifications and education verifications. Verification data is located by researching various online sources, by calling educational institutions, and by contacting Human Resources departments. Outbound phone calls are required for this position. This individual must be comfortable multi-tasking and meeting time-sensitive deadlines.

We are looking for a Verification Specialist to:

• Process verification orders by reviewing the information provided by the applicant and determining the appropriate system, person or department to complete the verification
• Contact the appropriate system, person or department to request verification results and accurately record results into the online order management system
• Conduct online research as needed to obtain additional contact information for companies and educational institutions
• Place daily outbound telephone calls in a professional manner
• Update notes daily, provide detailed status of orders that are in process
