Pay rate or range: $10.00
JOB PURPOSE:
This job performs duties that aid the staff officers and department as needed on projects that include social media, marketing, research, data entry, and spreadsheet management. A successful candidate will be able to consistently research, find, and/or create content to support our social media presence; successful candidates will be invited to offer their insights on the workflow, effectiveness, and influence of our social media campaign. This position would be relied on to create, develop, and roll-out early and final drafts of marketing materials to support the department's function and purpose. This position will be responsible for researching and entering/adding data to existing historical data in large quantities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collecting/deploying social media content
- Aiding development of a social media plan
- Checking/managing Instagram + Linkedin + Pinterest + Youtube + Google dept accounts
- Assisting with posters and graph design to develop marketing materials for department
- Performing data entry and spreadsheet maintenance
- Additional support tasks for projects as needed.
REMOTE WORK ELIGIBILITY:
- This position is eligible for remote work and/or a flexible work schedule.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Sophomore standing
Experience: MUST be proficient with Microsoft Excel.
Other requirements:
Must be eligible, have received and accepted work study award through Student Financial Aid for the applicable semester and/or academic year.
